We aim to dispatch orders within 1 – 2 working days. If you would like to cancel an order without incurring a cost, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing info@talianaomijewellery.com.
If you would like to change anything about an order please email us at info@talianaomijewellery.com before the order is dispatched.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not for any reason, Talia Naomi offers returns for store credit or exchanges in the UK within 14 days of receiving your item. Just make sure your item is in its original condition and please note down the reason for any return or exchange. Kindly note that we unfortunately cannot process international exchanges at this time: all international sales are final.
Please email us to obtain return authorisation. When you return goods within the period specified above (other than as a result of a defect) you must cover the cost of returning the goods.
We recommend you return any items by registered, signed for, or recorded delivery and purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is only applicable for products that are returned in the same condition they were received with original tags and packaging intact. Any product that has been damaged or worn will not be refunded. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
We are proud to offer a complementary 2 month repair window. Return postage will be at your own cost.
